Ralph - no, you can't. The number on the part is a Part Number. That Part Number is the same for hundreds, or maybe thousands, of 737s. You need a serial number to match to an aircraft...which you don't have.

B707 / Frank - The picture shows what is clearly a Boeing casting part number, which is clearly from a 737 or 757 (because it is a 65Bxxxxx number). With that information the part cannot be traced to a specific a/c.
